Long and strong enough to hang just about anything on, this multi-purpose wall hook keeps long-handle tools, scooters, and sports equipment in easy reach. Cords, lawn chairs, shovels, and kids toys; the hook holds up to 50 pounds and is equipped with a protective lip at the end so that items don't slip off and fall to the floor. Best hook for fasttrack : Rubbermaid 5E11 FastTrack Multi-Purpose Hook

I purchased different types of hooks for the Rubbermaid FastTrack system in my garage, and these 5E11's are BY FAR the most useful.
1) The split prongs let you hang yard tools, but they also let you hang things side-by-side which would otherwise require two closed hooks (ski boots).
2) The length of the prongs out from the wall lets you hang things which might otherwise not fit (large gym bag).
3) The flat top lets you set things across two or more of these, which is especially useful since there aren't many shelves for the FastTrack system.
Overall, these are my #1 choice among all the hooks in the FastTrack system. Highly recommended!
